The way to do this is to go to your Data folder and find jutsu.esp and Naruto - Overhaul.esp.
If you're updating from the Nexus version of the Naruto Overhaul or the old Steam version please uninstall that entirely before using this version otherwise you'll get bugs like being unable to enter the hideout because of a blurry black screen!
